Subject:- Promotion to the post of Senior Office Attendant in AIIMS, New Delhi
As a result of the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee held on 13.05.2025 for the post of Senior Office Attendant and its acceptance by the competent authority,
Office Attendant Grade-I is promoted to the post of Senior Office Attendant in Level-2 in the Pay Matrix from the date of assuming charge of the post

Office Attendant Grade-I is promoted to the post of Senior Office Attendant in Level-2 in the Pay Matrix from the date of assuming charge of the post
They shall be entitled to such other allowances as are admissible to the Institute from time to time
The employees of their post presently posted at Ballabhgarh (Haryana)/NDDTC, Ghaziabad and NCI, Jhajjar at Delhi/New Delhi/Rural Centre and any vacancies opened in future by the Institute Employees working in other centres shall be appointed as Senior Office Attendant in Level-2 in the Pay Matrix from the date of assuming charge.
They shall be entitled to such other allowances as admissible by the Institute from time to time.
Employees working in Delhi/New Delhi/Rural Centre Ballabhgarh (Haryana)/NDDTC, Ghaziabad and NCI, Jhajjar and any other centre opened by the Institute in future shall be appointed as Senior Office Attendant in Level-2 in the Pay Matrix from the date of assuming charge.
They shall be entitled to such other allowances as admissible by the Institute from time to time. from the date of assuming charge of the post of Attendant. The above officers are advised to exercise their option for fixation of their pay under FR-22(1), if applicable, within one month from the date of issue of this Office Order.
