Mumbai, May 1, 2025: With a shared past and a vision for the future, IIT Bombay’s Class of 1998
has come together once more—not just to reconnect, but to make a lasting impact.
At their 25-year reunion in December 2023, the Class of 1998 announced a landmark pledge of Rs.

57 crore to support key initiatives at IIT Bombay. Following months of collaboration with the
Institute, this commitment has been formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU),
marking a significant step in the deployment of funds towards student and faculty development,
cutting-edge research and campus infrastructure.
