OFFICE ORDER
Sub: Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA)/ Patient Care Allowance (PCA) to all the
employees/officers (except Doctors **************
and Nursing staff) of AIIMS, New Delhi – reg.
The undersigned is directed to convey the approval of the Competent Authority and in
pursuance of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare letter No.V-16020/149/2018-INI-I (INI-1
Section) dated 07.05.2025 and compliance of OM dated 21.04.2023 to discontinue the HPCA/РCА
to Ministerial staff of all Groups working in AIIMS, New Delhi with immediate effect.
This issues with the approval of Director (AIIMS), New Delhi.
