2. Meeting chaired by the Secretary, MoHFW dated 09.05.2025

Kind attention is invited to the references cited above and in view of the emergent national
security concerns and preparedness towards the same, the Competent Authority has decided the
following.

1. No leave shall be sanctioned to any employee of the Institute till further orders except on
medical grounds.

2. All previously sanctioned leaves stand cancelled with immediate effect. All employees
directed to report back to duty immediately.

3. The first half of the summer vacation is curtailed with immediate effect, and all faculty
members who are on vacation are directed to report back to duty.

4. Employees who are out of station/vacation are instructed to report back to duty latest by
13.05.2025.

5. The second half ofthe summer vacation, scheduled to begin on 24.05.2025 is here by cancelled.
