[Subject: Report upon the measures prescribed under “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan
(NMBA)” launched by Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
In reference to the joint DO letter no. DP/7/2023-DP-I dated 06.08.2024 and subsequent
reminder on 21.02.2025 from Secretary, Higher Education and Secretary, Social Justice and
Empowerment (copies enclosed) on the subject mentioned above, a concept note was
forwarded with the said DO letter in which a list of activities/ measures including constitution
of “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan Hostel Committee” had been proposed (Annexure-1).
The following activates/ measures has been taken so far from the committee constituted by the
Dean, Student Affairs AIIMS Patna ]
