Bhubaneswar on a tenure basis.
Brief of the Project
Study Title: “Effect, cost, and sustainability of a synergistic, multipronged, customized, low-cost
intervention package to reduce Cardiovascular Burden across India: a cluster RCT – Intervention
Arm(Outreach)”
Project Overview: This is a matched-pair cluster randomized controlled trial that will be conducted
across 26 clusters among 13 medical college hospitals and their outreach centres in diverse regions of
India. The study aims to assess the impact of Community Health Worker (CHW) based interventions in
reducing CVD risk factors in rural households in India
