With the approval of the competent authority, Dr. Niraj K. Srivastava, AMS & Dr.
Kumar Dharmendra Singh, DMS-II are hereby appointed as Central Public Information
Officers on rotational/sharing basis for the disposal of RTI applications related to Hospital
Administration as per the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Other
applications will be disposed off by Shri K.B.Y. Singh, Administrative Officer as before.
