Sub: Conduct of Mock Drills for preparedness in light of present circumstances reg.-
In view of the current circumstances and with a view to strengthen institutional
readiness, it is imperative to ensure that AIIMS Bhopal remains fully prepared to handle any
emergency or surge in patient care demands
Accordingly, the Medical Superintendent and Deputy Medical Superintendent are
hereby directed to plan, coordinate and conduct comprehensive mock drills across all critical
departments and patient care areas
These drills must simulate various emergency scenarios to
assess operational response, resource mobilization, staff coordination and system resilience
